Is Unlimited really unlimited?
Yes, for one person. Transcribe as many files as you like; very heavy months move to standard processing instead of being blocked. Accounts can’t be shared.
What do I get for free?
3 files a day, each up to 30 minutes, with speaker labels, timestamps, every export format and share links. Failed files don’t count. The count resets at midnight in your time zone.
How long can a file be?
Up to 30 minutes on Free and 10 hours on Unlimited. Files can be up to 5 GB on both plans.
Which languages are supported?
Dozens, including English, Spanish and Portuguese. NiceScribe detects the language for you, or you can pick it. You can also translate the transcript to English as it’s made.
Do I need to choose an accuracy mode?
No. Every file runs through our most accurate model. There are no tiers to pick from.
Can I share a transcript with someone who doesn’t have an account?
Yes. Turn on a read-only link and anyone who has it can read and play the recording. Turn it off and the link stops working.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account, and Unlimited stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t offer refunds.
Is my data private?
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI models. Delete a file whenever you like; once it’s deleted, it can’t be recovered.
